it is expensive. I feel that the discount offers should be given to current customers without forcing them to buy more in their first order to get a discount

Yes, our 100% natural incense product ranges like Pure Sandal & Pure Rose are the most expensive product range just because of the higher % of essential oils used in them. Sourcing and stocking adds to the costs too. You can compare them with other popular synthetic incense out there in the market and you will definitely not regret it.
