How do I check my AromaPoints balance?
Sign in to your Naathi account and open the AromaPoints panel. Your current balance, earning activity and available rewards will be shown there.
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes. Use the same email address for your Naathi account and eligible actions so your points can be connected to you.
When will points from an order appear?
Order points may remain pending while an order is processed. Any returned, refunded or cancelled items may result in the related points being adjusted.
How do birthday points work?
Add your birthday through the AromaPoints panel ahead of your birthday. The reward is linked to your account and is subject to the program conditions shown in the panel.
Can I use more than one reward at checkout?
Reward and discount combinations depend on the terms shown when the reward is issued and Shopify checkout eligibility. Check the reward details before redeeming.
Can the AromaPoints program change?
